The package was partially damaged when received. Item is installed and wiring correctly connected. The "timer" component of the unit does not work.
The shaft of the "timer" protruded through the inner plastic liner and the shipping envelope. Then, it appears someone put tape over the hole of the shipping envelope.
We still need a working cycle timer. I have tried contacting the seller and have not heard from them. I will attach a picture of the damaged package envelope.
